Couple this classic theme with Halloween and you've got the makings of a dy-no-mite party. Partygoers 15-25 Invitation “Stayin’ Alive” Phone Call…Call your friends and play a little Bee Gees into the phone as you invite them to “Do The Hustle” on Halloween. Décor Mirrors balls hanging from the ceiling are the ultimate disco decor, or buy mini battery-operated balls that will spin on your tabletops. I found a portable skull strobe at Halloween Express, perfect for an eerie flash effect. Creep out the space with cobwebs and fog. Food Spooky chips and dip! Use a pastry bag with a writing tip to make a sour cream spider web design on top of guacamole. Put plastic spiders on top. Use a brain mold for a shrimp and cream cheese party recipe. Drinks Animate cocktails with flashy accessories, like light-up ice cubes, in true disco style. Other elements Put on a CD of “Stayin’ Alive” for a deadly dance-off. Prep guests by letting them know that they’ll be judged on their 70’s dance moves. Participants will be required to “Do The Hustle” or perform one of Travolta’s dance solos in Saturday Night Fever.
