The Good, The Cold, and The Print-Outs

Often times I just want to make little crafty things for my friends to make life a little easier or more fun for them. While the kiddies get to celebrate sweet freedom with summer break, us adults still have to work. Le sigh.

Here are some ways to cool off during your office break times and your own down-time at home on the weekends:

1. Get Yourself Organized (yeah, this can be fun, ok!?)

We know you have a lot of work to do, and sometimes it's so difficult to keep track of it all.

Here's a fantastic (and free) print-out of to-do lists and grocery lists that are so pretty, you won't hesitate to get your life organized. With lists this beautiful, you'll wanna tote them around everywhere! These were found via How About Orange, and you can visit Erin Vale Design for the goodies!

2. Give Your Friends Little Gifts

Aren't these just the most? Style Me Pretty has these beautiful print-outs to help you construct your own gift favor boxes. These colors scream out "SUMMER!" and are perfect as a pick-me-up on an average day, or for a Bridal Shower, Baby Shower, etc. We suggest filling these bad boys with taffy, home-made macarons, or any candy with a bright color wrapping.

3. Get Your Daily Dose of Caffeine (and Sugar!) with Coffee Ice Cream!

Annie of Annie's Eats has this delicious recipe for some coffee ice cream. I think this is the perfect way to cool off during the weekend, but still get your weekday dosage of coffee, too. You know, this coffee would go great with...

4. Balloon Chocolate Bowls! Chocolate bowls!

Ohh, Gourmet Mom On-The-Go, you've done some seriously delicious things before, but this is mind-blowing! She's got a great recipe and fabulous step-by-step how-to to making these Balloon Chocolate Bowls. You know, she does say water balloons are the perfect size, so after you make these, why not re-use the water balloons for a water balloon fight? --- looks like a good Saturday to me!

Enjoy the rest of your summer!
