grew up in Southern California, and
started baking at an early age with
her mom, making layer cakes and cookies
in the family kitchen. Amy went on
to own her own catering business
called Amy's Baby Cakes before starting
Vanilla Bakeshop with her husband.
Amy oversees all areas of Vanilla's
operations and has a central role
with the Vanilla Catering and Wedding
department working closely with brides
and grooms to help them plan their
wedding confections and cakes.
Amy lives in Hermosa Beach California
with her husband Jeremy. They enjoy
spending time with family, friends
