Skinny Frozen Blended Mojito

If you’ve never tried your favorite summer cocktail as a blended drink, then dahhhling, you’ve never lived!

We recently were inspired to throw all of the delicious ingredients for a mojito into the blender along with some ice, and the results were, well, life-changing! We consider this cocktail to be healthier than the traditional mojito recipe because we used simple, all-natural ingredients: fresh lime juice, mint leaves, white rum, agave nectar and ice. 



If you like a traditional mojito in the summer, then you'll LOVE this frozen mojito recipe! Make a batch this season for some rooftop or back porch sipping. Go ahead, live a little this summer!



  • 1/4 cup of agave nectar
  • 6 tablespoons fresh lime juice (4-5 juicy limes), plus an extra lime for garnish
  • 12-14 mint leaves, plus extra sprigs for garnish
  • 4 ounces chilled white rum (1/2 cup)
  • 2 cups of ice

Combine agave nectar with lime juice and mint in a blender or Nutribullet. Pulse several times to combine. Add ice and rum and pulse until ice is finely crushed and mint is chopped into tiny flecks. Pour into two glasses and garnish with mint sprigs and wedges of lime.

Makes: 2 mojitos
