Georgia Peach Cocktail Recipe

Sweet peaches roasted and infused with marshmallow vodka make this cocktail a sweet and romantic libation, perfect for toasting and celebrating a night of pure indulgence.

A seemingly odd pairing, the fresh sweetness of the fruit paired with the tangy sweetness of the marshmallow vodka actually make for a complimentary sip that isn't overwhelmingly full of sugar.

  • A bottle of marshmallow vodka
  • A handful of marshmallows
  • Frozen peaches (skinned and sliced)
  • 4 ounces of tonic water per cocktail

Thaw the peaches and place on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Once thawed, drizzle with marshmallow vodka and bake at 375 degrees F for 20 minutes or until tender and soft. Be generous with the vodka, it will infuse the peaches and make them sweet and moist.

Once roasted, allow the peaches to cool to room temperature before adding them to a tall glass filled with ice, then top with tonic water and 1-2 ounces of marshmallow vodka. Garnish with slices of large marshmallows and serve.
