Easter Sherbet Punch with DIY Bunny Peep Straws

A  delicious punch is always a great addition to any party. To keep it fun and Eastery, I made this punch with flavored sherbet ice cream and served it with some super easy DIY marshmallow bunny Peep straws.

The sherbet creates fun, pastel color that's perfect for Easter. I added to the color and sweetness with pineapple juice, and balanced it out with lemon-lime soda. But the real "wow" factor is all in how it's served. With some colorful marshmallow bunny Peeps and striped straws, you can create these fun bunny straws in no time.

The delicious recipe and bright, vibrant hues make the perfect addition to your Easter table! Although this recipe is totally kid-focused, keep some vodka on hand to spike you and the other grown-ups' glasses if you need some sweet relief.

  • 1 Container (about 1.5 Liters) of sherbet ice cream. Rainbow flavor is the most popular but you can use any flavor you like (I used Lime)
  • 1 liter lemon-lime soda
  • About 4 cups pineapple juice
  • Marshmallow Bunny Peeps
  • Colorful, patterned paper straws of your choice

Place the sherbet ice cream, lemon lime soda, and pineapple juice in a large punch bowl. Depending on your taste level, add more (or less) lemon lime soda and pineapple juice. Stir to combine. Serve immediately.

To make the peep straws, place the straw through the center of the peeps. Feel free to add more than 1 peep if you like. I cut a little bit of the bottom of the straw off to allow the straw to sit in the cup and not be too top heavy.

Place the straws by the punch bowl to allow guests to serve themselves.

Makes: 10-12 servings
