Double Chocolate Swirl Martini

Who doesn't love chocolate-covered strawberries for a Valentine's Day dessert? The big juicy berries covered in savory chocolate are a delicious, quintessential romantic treat everyone loves. But instead of devouring the berries by themselves, why not pair them with a fun dessert cocktail too?

I recently got to try a box of Love and Romance Chocolate-Covered Strawberries from Fannie May, and just loved the Tuxedo White and Milk Chocolate-covered ones. I knew I could make a cocktail taste delicious with the same flavors! This Double Chocolate Swirl Martini has the best of both worlds, Milk Chocolate, and White Chocolate, swirled together to create chocolaty perfection. This is cocktail is rich and sweet, so it's perfect as a dessert cocktail or just for dessert! Mix one up to share with your sweetheart this Valentine's Day.

Ingredients
  • 1/2 cup White Chocolate Godiva Liqueur*
  • 1/2 cup Milk Chocolate Godiva Liqueur*
  • 1 cup half and half, divided
  • *Note: if you don’t have the Godiva Liqueur on hand, you can melt 1 cup white chocolate and 1/2 cup milk chocolate separately with 1 cup of heavy cream each. Mix each mixture with 1.5 ounces of vodka and you’ll be good to go!
Directions

In separate cups, mix the white chocolate liqueur with 1/2 cup of half-and-half, and also mix the milk chocolate liqueur with 1/2 cup of half-and-half. Stir each to combine well (or place each in shaker with ice and shake).

Pour the white chocolate mixture halfway up each martini glass. Top with milk chocolate mixture, pouring slowly. Do not stir, allow the flavors to swirl on their own.

Makes: 2
