Easy Buffalo Chicken Pasta Salad

I have an obsession with all things Buffalo Chicken. Buffalo Chicken Dip, Buffalo Chicken Wings and more, I can't get enough. When I was looking to make a pasta salad side dish for all the upcoming summer parties and BBQs I'll be attending this year, I knew Buffalo Chicken Pasta Salad was the way to go. 


The best part about this recipe is that it takes virtually no time to prepare. It can be tossed together in minutes and is served cold, so this will certainly be a staple in your summer menus. I used a rotisserie chicken and shredded it, which saved tons of time but added a savory flavor. Make a big batch for your next summer bash! 

Ingredients
  • 10 ounces bowtie pasta
  • 1/2 cup light ranch
  • 1/2 cup Franks Red Hot Sauce
  • 2 cups shredded rotisserie chicken, chopped
  • 1/4 cup diced celery
  • 1/4 cup chopped green onion
  • 1/4 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/4 cup crumbled blue cheese (optional)
Directions

Prepare pasta according to box instructions, drain, and set aside to cool. Combine all other ingredients and toss with the cooled pasta.

Cool in the fridge for 15-20 minutes before serving.

Makes: 4 servings
