Sparkling Summer Champagne Cocktails

Nothing makes an event more festive than champagne. This summer, why not marry the taste of bubbly champagne with the delicious fruits that are in season?

Here are a few recipes we found from sparkling wine connoisseurs around the web for you to try for brunch this weekend, or maybe your next summer outdoor party! If you are throwing a party on a budget, feel free to substitute champagne for its Italian counterpart Prosecco, or the delicious Spanish sparkling wine, Cava.

Black Cherry Blush

The fragrant and almost rich flavor of black cherry juice pairs perfectly with a dry and delicate champagne in our recipe for Black Cherry Blush. Add a dash of raspberry liqueur and you have yourself a fruit-forward party in a glass!

Strawberry Amaretto Champagne Cocktail

On their own, fresh strawberries may be one of the most delicious summertime fruits. But once you puree them with the lovely almond taste of Amaretto liqueur and top with champagne, in this recipe for a Strawberry Amaretto Cocktail from Tasty Trials, you may just want to never eat strawberries the same way again!
