Easy Edible Engagement Party or Bridal Shower Place Card Ideas

There are so many exciting events around wedding planning; engagement parties and bridal showers, to name two. Whether you're tying the knot yourself, in a wedding, or supporting a friend, we've got some tips and tricks for you to use (or pass along) to create an amazing tablescape! We're featuring Harry and David's wedding cake pops for some added flair.

We're showing you two really cool ways to use Harry and David's wedding cake pops to make your engagement party tables, well, pop! The little tuxes and wedding dresses on the pops make for perfect party favors or as a place card for place settings! They're a sweet little treat to add to traditional place cards.

Cake Pops as Place Settings

Supplies
  • Harry and David wedding cake pops
  • Blank place cards or folded cardstock
  • Pen or marker (color is up to you!)
  • Gold serving tray or charger
Directions

All you have to do to make these place cards is write the names of your guests on the place cards or cardstock; then, arrange everything on a gold platter or charger! Each place card should be arranged in front of one cake pop; try to coordinate them so that girls get pearls, and men get tuxes! Leave these beauties wrapped so that everyone can grab their own!

Tiered Dessert Table Tray

Supplies
  • Three-tiered serving tray
  • Two of your favorite desserts
  • Harry and David Wedding cake pops
Directions

Put this display together by adding two of your favorite self-serve desserts to a tiered serving tray, and topping everything off with the Harry and David wedding cake pops. Be sure to unwrap these pops just before serving them, so they don't start to melt or break! If you want to make your own tiered serving tray, click here for an easy how-to.
