No Fuss Super Bowl Decorations

When it comes to Super Bowl parties most of us (and rightly so) are all about the game, the foods, the drinks and the betting.

And though we're totally on board with this celebration being a laid-back and stress-free one that's centered on enjoying a great game with great company, we can't help but want to spruce it up with a few choice decorations!

The Super Bowl to us, is one of the year's biggest most popular theme parties of the year, and as such, parties should look as good as they are to partake in.

Keep your decor simple with these Super Bowl decoration ideas that can be staged a day or so ahead of time. Place them where you want them and you're done!

Bloomin' Football Koozie

These fun little arrangements are so inexpensive you can put them all around the house, on the buffet, even in the bathroom. They container is actual can or bottle koozie that I picked up at Target and lined with the bottom half of a disposable water bottle. You can even give one to each guest at the end of the party as a parting gift!

Beer Mug Arrangement

Can you believe that this mug of beer is actually an innovative fresh flower arrangement, available at 1-800-Flowers.com? It would be a great, unexpected gift to send to a friend that you wish you were going to be watching the superbowl with. Let them know that you are together in spirit!

Did you notice the arrangement in the background using the referee shirt as inspiration? All you need to make this is an empty wine bottle, some black and white paint and a brush! Paint on the stripes, let dry and fill with water and a flower or two. Fun, simple, inexpensive, and easy - that's the way I like it!

Super Bowl Centerpieces

I love to use the graphics and the colors for the Super Bowl in my centerpieces. To create these themed vases I scanned the Super Bowl logo from the napkins that I ordered from the party store and sized the image accordingly for the glass cubes I was using.

For the smaller version with the single football mum I used double-sided tape and attached the image to the four sides of the cube. With the larger version I had a smaller cube inside the larger one and placed the super bowl image on each side between the two vases.

Galvanized Tins

Finally, rather than stocking my fridge or an ugly cooler with beer, I filled a few galvanized tins I generally use for summer parties with ice, then arranged my beers in there. Then, I tacked on a fun tailgating sticker to dress them up. Much nicer in look, but also really functional for my fans watching with me!
