Harry London Frozen Hot Chocolate

Frozen hot chocolate seems like a serendipitous accident, happened upon by chance one day in a restaurant. But we've perfected the recipe using Harry London Hot Chocolate. Take your winter treat to the next level and get ready to enjoy it all year round!

We love hot chocolate, but the weather has been so mild this winter that it's hard to enjoy the traditional warm beverage! When we discovered frozen hot chocolate, we knew we had to recreate it. We love the real, rich chocolate pieces that Harry London offers, so this was the base in our frozen hot chocolate. With crunchy ice crystals and creamy chocolaty goodness, this is the perfect winter drink if you live somewhere less than wintery!

  • Harry London Milk Hot Chocolate – 3 heaping tablespoons
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 4 cups ice
  • Pinch of salt
  • Dash of vanilla
  • Whipped cream
  • Shaved semisweet chocolate

1. In a small saucepan, heat the heavy cream over medium low heat. Stir in 3 heaping tablespoons of the Harry London hot chocolate mix. Cool for about 20 minutes in the fridge.

2. Once your mixture is cooled, pour it together in a blender with 2 cups of ice, dash of vanilla and a pinch of salt to help elevate the chocolate flavor. Blend together, adding ice until it reaches desired consistency (about 4 cups).

3. Pour into dishes and top with whipped cream and shaved semisweet chocolate. Enjoy immediately.

Makes about 4 servings
