Festive Cocktails & Mocktails for an Easter Brunch

Light drinks with fun, fruity flavors are always a great option for a brunch. If you are looking for a few great Easter-ready cocktail and mocktail recipes that everyone can enjoy, check out some of my favorite finds!

Easter comes with many traditions; from egg hunts to Easter baskets and springtime crafts, there are plenty of ways to celebrate the day with friends and family. If you're the one hosting Easter brunch this year, you'll want to make sure everything is ready when guests arrive in their Sunday best.

While you may already have the menu set, there are still drinks to consider. Stock your brunch bar with these delicious cocktails (for the adults) and mocktails (for the kiddos) to add a little something extra to the event.

  • Known as "The Buckley" this pretty pink drink is a fantastic option for an Easter brunch. Not only does it have a colorful, impressive appearance, it's sage and lime-infused flavors are sure to impress. This option is definitely for adults only though as the ingredients list calls for gin and Campari, which gives the drink it's pink hue.

  • Brunch wouldn't be brunch without a fantastic sangria option. I love this Cranberry Punch with Apples & Strawberries because you can create an alcoholic version with red wine or make a batch for the whole family with fruit juice only. The beauty of this recipe is that it is simple and delicious, while the addition of apples and strawberries adds to the stunning presentation.

  • Ok, how cute are these Pink and Lavender Cocktails? They were originally created for a wedding reception but I think they would work perfectly for any brunch or entertaining event. Topped off with fresh lavender and adorable "cheers" stirrers (which you can purchase here ) this cocktail is perfect for spring. Create a version for the kids using just Lavender Syrup and club soda or add vodka for adults.

  • My favorite warm-weather drink is without a doubt lemonade, which is why I love this Skinny Lavender Lemonade recipe. Made with simply water, agave, lemon juice and, of course, some fresh lavender sprigs, this delicious drink will leave everyone asking for seconds. Create more of a 'mocktail' feel by including grenadine. Sit back and enjoy this with all of your Easter brunch guests!

  • This next drink option is all about the kiddos. These Fruit Cube Mocktails include delicious, non-alcoholic ingredients and ridiculously cute fruit ice cubes. You can even get little ones involved in creating them by letting them choose the fun shapes and their favorite fruits to include. These will definitely make for a memorable and fun Easter brunch.

  • If you're short on time but still want to present an impressive drink at your brunch, try this Blood Orange Negroni recipe. Using campari, gin, sweet vermouth, and a splash of blood orange soda (or simply orange juice) you can create this refreshing drink in just minutes. Don't forget to add a garnish with some bright, colorful clementines!
