The Office - NBC, Season Premiere September 27, airs Thursdays at 9:00/8:00c

Office morale around the country is up, thanks to this NBC hit...office productivity, well that's a different story. A Desk-Hopping Party is the only way to go for their season premiere! Create a progressive potluck around your home, based on the employees of Dunder-Mifflin. Assign a show character to each party guest. Ask your guests to bring a dish and desk item inspired by the character. If your assigned character is "Pam the Receptionist", you might bring a phone or candy jar, and dessert. For Michael Scott, a boss of the year award, and the main entree are perfect. Dwight's desk would have a bobblehead and salad with beets, and Meredith's desk is definitely the bar! Each character's dish and desk item are set up in a different room of your home, which will keep guests mixing and mingling until show time. For a peak inside "The Office", check out Pam, Meredith, and Angela's cast blogs, or head to Office Tally.

My Name Is Earl - NBC, Season Premiere September 27, airs Thursdays at 8:00/7:00c

Turn your TV room into the restaurant where Earl and the gang hang out, "The Crabshack". For starters, pick up a couple of sandwich baskets, line them with butcher paper, and fill them with fried food. Look in the freezer section of your grocery store for appetizers like clam strips, jalapeno poppers, or mozzarella sticks. Serve Margaritas, Joy's signature cocktail, along with a cooler of ice, cold brew. For a quirky party favor, buy mini bars of soap from a local motel, in honor of Earl and Randy's residence. As a personal touch, tell your friends to sport their favorite character's hairstyle. Earl look-a-likes can slap on a mustache, Joy fans can fashion an artistic hairdo, and Darnel devotees can let their locks go wild.

Dancing With The Stars - ABC, Season Premiere September 24, airs Mondays at 8:00/7:00c

Celebrate the international flair of this show with an Around The World Appetizer Party. For example, tapas, the Spanish version of bite-size food is a great match for the Pasa Doble dance style. Offer imported chorizo sausage, Manzanilla olives, and Marcona almonds to represent any dance indigenous to Spain. For the Tango, a dance from Argentina, serve Proveleta, the country's signature hot cheese appetizer. Provoleta is made by grilling a thick slice of Provolone cheese, coated with herbs and oil, for guests to spread on sliced bread. The Viennese Waltz lends itself to a dessert buffet of pastries and cakes. For future episodes, go with the dance theme of the week for your party. So, when the stars dance the Salsa, set up a salsa bar and grill up Carne Asada.

Survivor: China - CBS, Season Premiere September 20, airs Thursdays at 8:00/7:00c

This party is a no-brainer: Luau meets Your Local Chinese Take-Out Restaurant! While the castaway contestants battle it out on the ancient province of Jiang Xi, you'll be clicking chopsticks, and clinking Mar-Tea-Nis in the comfort of your living room. Not only is tea a trendy cocktail ingredient, it completes a Chinese meal. Enhance the atmosphere with tabletop tiki torches, grass skirting, and red and gold

The Simpsons, King of the Hill, Family Guy, American Dad - Fox, Season Premiere September 23, airs Sundays starting at 8:00/7:00c

Sunday night rocks thanks to the animated line-up from Fox. Combine theme ideas from all shows into one big premiere party. A crock-pot buffet would be ideal with Baby Stewie's Veggie Stew, Hank Hill's Texas Chili, and The Smith's Virginia Seafood Stew. Doughnuts, a Simpson's fave, can be dessert, and homemade Duff beer labels slapped on to bottles of beer will quench everyone's thirst. Label the food with a caption and cartoon from each show, downloadable from the Fox website. Liven up the party with bright colored napkins and plastic plates. Shop the "official websites" for awesome party items like a Simpson's talking bottle opener or Homer-shaped ice cubes made from a special tray, Family Guy cocktail shakers and shot glasses, or King of the Hill can koozies!
