A Rasberry Mojito is another great option for a signature cocktail. The raspberry adds some tartness to a traditionally sweet drink.

You can give your signature cocktail additional color & presentation by providing accompanying skewers stacked with fresh mint and raspberries for garnish.

Raspberry SkewersRaspberry Skewers

To Make Raspberry Skewers for Signature Mojitos:

  1. Buy long party skewers so that when you lay them on top of your glasses, they don’t fall through.

  2. Start with one raspberry and push it almost all the way to the back of the skewer- leaving some room at the end

  3. Then push the tip of a mint leaf through the skewer but don’t push it all the way back.

  4. Add another raspberry to the skewer

  5. Then take the bottom of the mint leave and wrap it back up through the skewer so that it creates a cradle for the raspberry.

  6. Continue in this manner until the skewer is ¾ full – leaving some room at both ends for the skewer to rest on the glass rim.
